In  A business course just for woman business consultant Rick Spence writes about a new program  being offered by the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.  It begins May 12, 2010, offered in six, three-hour modules to June 16. This course is intended for the established female entrepreneur who wants to take her business to the next level. By established they mean experienced women entrepreneurs with a minimum of $1 million in revenue (service-based businesses) or $2 million in revenue (product-based businesses).

There are however a lot of us who fall in the middle; well out of our start-up phase and no where near a million in revenue. I invite you to share any resources, books or courses geared for those female entreprenuers who are on the cusp of moving their business out of this median point.
